Wynns Coonawarra Estate Riesling
One of the most consistent wines in the country, this is another example of great Coonawarra white wine. It's perfectly crafted, soft floral style that gives
riesling a great name. If your local bottleshop has run out of the 2002 vintage, rest assured that the 2003 will follow along a very well-trodden path.

Coldstream Hills Varietal Pinot Noir
For many years now the team at
Coldstream Hills has put a lot of work into pinot,
employing a Burgundy-inspired regime to build character. Current release
2002. There's a good measure of mystery here: plummy fruit aromas with
some of the thorny undergrowth and meaty notes that get pinot-philes all
a-twitter. In the mouth it has plum and spice flavours sitting on lightly
astringent, unobtrusive tannins.

Rouge Homme Shiraz Cabernet
How
a wine of this quality can cost less than $20 is beyond me. A delicious
full-bodied red with well-judged oak influence, there are soft plum and
blackcurrant fruit flavours and enough tannin to help this wine cellar for
many years… It won't blow a hole in your budget at this price either. Fergus
