CREEK CHARDONNAY
This is a single vineyard wine from an Upper Hunter vineyard which consistently produces chardonnay of quite different character to Roxburgh, Rosemount's other great
chardonnay vineyard.
This is simply the best Giants Creek we can recall. It is a stunner. Creamy nougat, Butter, toasty aromas mingle with hints of fig, peach and nectarine, and the oak handling has been exemplary (only some of the barrels were new). It's tautly structured and lively in the mouth, clean and refined with layers of flavour. A classy
chardonnay to serve with fish and beurre blanc.
