This full-flavoured yet well structured dry white reinforces Mudgee's reputation
as a producer of rich, mouth-filling
chardonnay. While this is robust, the creamy fruit flavours are supple and the well-handled oak is balanced by a clean acid backbone. Very approachable in its youth, it has an impressive finish with lingering flavours. Great with roast chicken or calamari.
