2000 ROSEMOUNT ESTATE SHOW RESERVE CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Rosemount 2000 Show Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Coonawarra. Had the claylike texture that shows the best of Coonawarra. Fruit is black and sturdy, tannins are chalky and smooth.
