As far as semillon goes, this poncy one is like a well-composed salad of designer fruit and veg. There are highlights of more piquant tastes, like the saltiness of anchovy and the waxy texture of edible cacti. Lemons again come to the fore, though more like lemon tree foliage. It has much ease and grace: refined
