SEPPELT VICTORIAN SHIRAZ
As you'd hope from a company with access to older vineyards in some of Victoria's best wine-growing regions, this has a bit more depth and concentration than many of the other wines we can recommend - an earthy density to the fruit, and a spicy, fragrant complexity. One of the few, too, that we'd be inclined to buy in bulk and stash away to develop some bottle-aged complexity.
